I did the just one every time I previously quit. I think that is why ultimately I always failed. I am doing it different this time in hopes that someday soon I won't even want one. I've been telling myself to just make it to one month. After that I will just remind myself of how far I've come and it was too much accomplished to turn back now. Good luck

I think anyone like me who has smoked and quit more than once can say 100% for sure there is NO such thing as just one , no way

Since I read this today I have been thinking that this is the reason they don't sell them in singles...just one. They always travel with their 19 or 24 other buddies. There is no such thing as just one. Definitely not for me, either.

Sometimes I still really want one cigarette. I try to remind myself that there's no such thing as one cigarette, and furthermore, if I were to smoke one right now it would most likely just make me dizzy and sick. Reality: 2, addiction: 0.
