The Patch

the patch is what i used to quit and it worked really well,start with number 1 and go throught the course just like the instructions say.do not skip from 1 to 3 cause it does not work,also some nights i had to take it off cause of the crazy dreams but some nights i left it on for the crazy dreams so to  each there own. good luck.if you have any question feel free to ask

200 days tomorrow and not one puff,and the cravings are pretty much a thing of the past ,only down side is i've turned into one of those nagging ex smokers but oh well could be worse

Experiencing a lot of tension and anxiety

Not sure if you are able,but the gun range probably rents firearms as well,it might do you some good to go give it a try.One of my favorite and most relaxing hobbys is target shooting/hunting.

My Forever Quit

That, in my opinion is exactly the attitude you need to have.When I  finally quit it  i was pissed off at everything related to smoking,the fact that something so stupid could have me so addicted made me mad beyond belief,and I used that anger to make myself stop smoking.
We all have the ability to take control of our bodies and make it do what we want,you just have to want it.
