apreciate all the words of encouragement,so last night i had a few drinks standing around the fire with some buddies who are smokers,in the past this was a majer trigger but oddly enough it didnt really bother me and i stayed smoke freeso this mornin i get up and go to get a new patch and i was out of stage 1 patches,all i had was stage 3 wich is the lowest dose.let me tell you the differance is crazy this is the worst i have felt to date,on the verge of losing it with someone or something,i am gonna go buy a heavy bag so when i feel like i'm gonna lose it i have some form of releaseso just a heads up if you or on the patch do not skip from stage one to stage three it just aint good.thanx for letting me ramble it seems to help

i'm just wondering what kind of benefits people are seeing after they have quite for a period of time (1 week one month one year or whatever) I have only been smoke free for four days and already i seem to be able to breath a little deeper my fingers and clothes don't stink and i have some extra scratch in my pockets.if i posted this in the wrong spot feel free to move
