It gets better! You just have to take one smoking tought at a time! Be positive, and pamper yourself! Take a long walk, light scented candles, take a bubble bath, listen to relaxing music and smell your clothes, your hair,It's great to be smoke free!!!

It's great to be smoke free! It's a challenging but rewarding  process! If I can do it, you can do it!. Prepare yourself!
Have a plan;  surround yourself with things that will ease the process. I just want to name a few that had made a difference in my quit:
Read and post in this site
Go trough my program
The Allen Carr Book: Stop Smoking the Easy Way
Lots of ice water
healthy snacks (pretzels, carrot and celery sticks)
popsicles are great!!! (sugar free)
fruit juices (non sugar added)
hot showers
relaxing music
plenty of rest
long walks
sudoku
stress ball
And you just have to face one craving at a time!!
You have made the best decision of your life!
