Frankie, what a wondeful reward!  I haven't been to Key West in years!  Glad you had a great time!  I'm glad you know this quit is all about YOU!  I'm proud that you told your relative not to give you a guilt trip.  This quit isn't about them.  I like your approach about giving yourself permission if you want it.  And you are so right!  A cookie jar on the top shelf makes kids find creative ways to climb up to get to it.  The cookie jar sitting on the kitchen table usually just sits there!  Congratulations!

Thanks Guys!!!

How I got through it (besides this great site!! ) is I told myself (and I know most wont agree with me) that if i wanted one to have one, just get up and go to the store buy a pack and smoke one, that I would be throwing away all that i have worked for but if it meant that much to me to just do it..

Like I said Weird BUT giving myself permission to go ahead made me NOT want one.. It's like when people tell you you can't do something you want to do it but when they say "ok go ahead" you don't seem to want to anymore..

Well for my 1 year I went to Key West with my sister!! we had a great Mini vacation (besides all the spring breakers, I felt so old haha) but it was worth it to break up the winter and it was a great reward!!!

Also when a family member says to me that they would be disappointed in me if I went back I tell them to not lay that on me.  If I choose to go back it's my choice and laying a guilt trip on me wont' help.  That's the thing I think people forget!! Its hard enough on us to do this and if we slip then we need encouragement NOT negative feedback..

I will be coming by more often now!! I missed you guys!! AstroFan and Jim!! Woot to you guys too!! 1 year is awesome!! and WOOHOO to all you guys!!

Hugs,
Frankie!
