The book I am reading is quit and stay quit by terry a. rustin. Its really good because it reinforces why you stopped smoking in the first place, meaning it focuses on a bunch of different reasons why you shouldn't smoke. Like I said before, I didn't really want to quit but it says how nobody really wants to and its things like health, spouse, etc is why people end up dropping the habit.
