 How are you doing today? Are you still a quitter? I smoked for 37+ years so I know what you're going through. Even though it's hard, you can do this. Are you going cold turkey or do you have nicotine replacement therapy? Have you tried quitting before? If you have the time, there is a lot of good information tips and hints in these forums. Read, read, read. Even tough you are already into your quit, go the the "my program" at the top of the page. It can still help you on your journey. Keep us posted on your progress.
