Hi how are you going? Are you still tabacco free? Im just about to quit so l sympathize with you. Its a hard thing we're doing but remember the hardest part will be over in 1-2 weeks. If you fail just try again. Good luck!

Hi Rowdyluc,
How are you doing today? Are you still a quitter? I smoked for 37+ years so I know what you're going through. Even though it's hard, you can do this. Are you going cold turkey or do you have nicotine replacement therapy? Have you tried quitting before? If you have the time, there is a lot of good information tips and hints in these forums. Read, read, read. Even tough you are already into your quit, go the the "my program" at the top of the page. It can still help you on your journey. Keep us posted on your progress.
Stay strong.
