Remember, every quitting journey is different. As long as you don't quit on quitting you will be OK.
Now you know that third day is hard for you. So have a coping strategy in place for this. I slept almost 14 hours a day during the first four days, so maybe that can help.
I'm waiting for your post! I know you will succeed!!!!

Lisa, don't change your name just your quit date :-) I know you can do this and you will. If anything you know you can do this, look at me, how many times now :-) As long as you keep trying you are not failing. Those 9 months are yours and no one can take them away from you. I will not give up on you as long as you don't give up on yourself.
You know I wasn't going to post until I go xxx days, because I didn't want to fail again in front of everyone again. When I made the decision to quit this last time I came right here and recommitted my quit to myself and to the SSC family. Do what works for you, I will be looking for you when you are ready. You will do this!!
Keep the Quit

Even if it is a few more days of not being exposed to those harmful chemicals that is enough for us to support you through it. Many quitters slip, the important thing is that you are still going to keep trying.
What have you learned from this slip? What will you be doing differently this time?
No one said it would be easy. I admire you for having the fortitude to be honest and post your slip on here. Don't beat yourself up...today is another day. Forgive yourself and start your smoke free day today! We are all here for you so vent away! Good luck, you can do it Kylisa!
