Beckylynn, welcome back!  You've been given some awesome advice!  And you know the drill!  Go through "my program" so you are 110% prepared for this quit.  Set up your reward system to celebrate each passed craving, each smoke free day, and each smoke free week.  Read, read, and read some more!  Do a search on "patch" here to read about other's experiences on the patch as there are alot of tips and tricks (how do I get them to stick?) and best practices (don't cut them in half!).  Just remember that this quit is all about YOU!  You can do it!  Take it one day at a time and you'll be fine!  We're all rooting for your success!

Yes Beckylynn I am still hanging around here.  I guess I just love the company.  I do remember you and I am so glad that you are back here.  I know that I would not have 230 smoke free days without this place.  I am here to help you in any way I can.  WELCOME BACK!!!

Beckylynn, it's wonderful to see you back again!  I've often wondered how you're doing, and am so pleased to see that you're giving it another shot.  The patch seemed to help Mr. J and I - I'm not saying it was an easy road, but like Karren said, follow the program exactly, and I know you'll have success.  It's great to see you again - you were missed.

Hi Beckylynn and welcome back! The main thing is you came back and yes you're right you'll get all the help and support you need right here.
I quit using the patch and found it really good. The secret is I think to follow the patch programme right the way through even though you may feel confident enough to finish earlier.
As you already know preparation too is the key, get lots of distractions together, lots of iced water, straws, whatever you think might help.
Good luck Beckylynn!
