Hi folks haven't been here often in the last 2 days, I've been feeling under the weather since I stuck on 7mg patch, yark. Everyday is more of a battle I don't feel like smoking in my mind but I feel bad in my body. Today I've been nervous all day, played golf with a smoker, I didn't have a choice they paired us with the guy, ah he kept coughing and lighting another one and another one. I felt sorry for him, it was a long day. Tonight I tried to relax took a long bubble bath. Came here to post, my heart's not in it. I'm working very hard on being patient and relaxed not an easy task right now. Well I'll do my breathing exercises and get some sleep, might feel better in the am. Thanks for listening Marie My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 81 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,215 Amount Saved: $324 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 16 Mins: 24 Seconds: 55

Good morning good folks, seeing your good wishes made me so happy, I know there are ups and downs on this road to recovery, when it's going so well, I can't help but think I've made it and from now on things will be good, and then there are those days again, to remind me that a 30 year addiction can't be cured in 81 days, so the key word is patience and being realistic. So I will take it easy today and rest. Thanks for your hugs and I hug you right back. You guys are the best.
