Hi Super! You would not be burning yourself out if you went for a walk in the morning as well as at lunch. One funny thing that happens is that we have SO MUCH extra energy and don't know what to do with it. So walking, moving the bod around, mopping floors, cleaning out closets, all get done in the first few weeks of our quits.
And you know, if we are not spending all day planning for and indulging in our addiction, there are an awful lot of hours, minutes, and seconds in a day to be filled with SOMETHING. Employers always say smokers take "too many breaks" and it's true! Think about smoking 20-25 cigs in a day, even at 5 min per, that's 125 min of every day! So now, take that time for yourself and put it to good use! You so deserve it.
