3 Months! Wow! It feels like I've been quit for much longer. Being a non-smoker is great.
Besides the physical withdrawals the first month and the healing and adjusting the body needs to do, the rest is purely mental. I learned early on in my quit I could make it as easy or as hard as I wanted to; the choice was mine.
And man did if feel great to know that I was the one in control now and not the drug.
