3 Months! Wow! It feels like I've been quit for much longer. Being a non-smoker is great. Besides the physical withdrawals the first month and the healing and adjusting the body needs to do, the rest is purely mental. I learned early on in my quit I could make it as easy or as hard as I wanted to; the choice was mine. And man did if feel great to know that I was the one in control now and not the drug. After 35 years I am the one that is finally stirring my ship. No crutches, no labels, no struggles ... just happy ... oh ... and FREE! No more Breaking Free for me ... from now on ... call me FREE!
