Dwelling makes it so much more Difficult
When I craved, I would mentally apply pressure to the crave thought to try and push it out of my head usually by thinking this �lightning up is not an option, if I give in this time I will need another in an hour and another in another hour, it makes no sense�. I then added a teaspoon or tablespoon of distraction and went about my business. Try very hard not to let the crave thought gain a foothold in your mind. Squash it as quickly as possible and by doing so you will not dwell on the thought. Dwells are quit killers.
