Tonight I've seen some really interesting posts giving advice to think as a non smoker. But those posts didn't give directions. LOL So I'd like to hear how some of you have trained yourselves to think as a Non Smoker. I'm doing pretty well but I do have times, especially with the arrival of spring, that I'm running into more triggers.
