You can do this. Not only can you but you are doing this. Go look at yourself in the mirror. Look at the non-smoker looking back at you. That is YOU! A person who doesn't smoke anymore. Be proud of yourself. Yes, quitting sucks and sometimes the craves seem to last forever, but believe me, these feelings pass.
What are you doing to distract? Take deep breaths and find something to occupy your mind and your hands. Do something FUN! Something that makes you laugh and makes you happy. That is the best way to take your mind off of a crave. What about rewards? Have you had any of those lately?
You have a wonderful quit going. You do not want to give that up. You are on your way to freedom and you are going to love being a non-smoker!
