I learnt how to face my fears and to deal with these
symptoms, for example when I used to get an
attack especially in public, i would speak to myself
in my mind and literally these are the words " OK,
OK , I'm just panicking it is no big deal, I'm not
going crazy, there is nothing wrong with my heart,
and the sense of unreality is just a trick my mind is
playing on me just take it easy and all these
symptoms will go away " then I close my eyes for
one minute and I would find a place to sit and
breathe calmly. and voila gone with the wind, hehe.
