My name is Jessica and I am new here. I am having trouble figuring out how to do exposure work. I have many phobias but the ones that are crippling my life mainly are my phobias of traveling and/ or my loved ones traveling. I have been able to travel several hours away from home medicated but I have fear still because if I'm not doing it constantly the fear comes back. My main fears right now is that I'm going through a divorce and my husband wants to take our four year old to see his family 6 hours away. I can't stand the thought if her being that far from me. I have so much anxiety just thinking about it. Like I said I have a list of phobias but this is the most crippling.
