Hi Asheley,
I guess I'm too hard on myself.

I think everyone has their days :) I think humour needs to come up when things like that happen. I have been trying to watch more positive shows etc so I can be positive. I am really trying to learn how to laugh at myself. It's tough but it is worth it.

My husband calls those moments brain toots.

Even being hypervigilant, I made a mistake which I couldn't explain.

I took a piece of plastic, and unravelled it for two 20 inch windows.  The plastic was folded in the package, but I forgot to unfold it, since it was so tightly packed.

I telephoned the company, after noticing the plastic was coming off, and realized I forgot to unfold it, even though the saleman emailed me explaining that it was folded, and another forum member suggested the same thing.  It was the "rational explanation".

I still applied it doubled.

I wonder if anyone just comes across these "blind spots" and have this kind of "brain freeze"
