Some nights I don't sleep, there is usually a reason. Journaling helped find the reason. Now I just don't care. If I need a nap to make up for it I have one. I do have a few does and don'ts to help me sleep and accept it when I mess up and ignore these.

Congrats B,
Did you ever think of making a journal of sleep, so you get a sense accomplishment over a longer period of time, and sense of control?  I average my sleep total, and am doing it for mom too, since sleep is so important...being grumpy makes my prickly personality worse.

First..let me say, i slept so good last night!
Woke up this morning, feeling good too, went to see my gp,and all test are good, told me not to worry!
Then got out, done some errands, the went to my class reunion...i was a little nervous, fearful of an anxiety attack, but no..didnt happen, enjoyed seeing all my class mates, and spending time with everyone, talked alot, laughed a lot..took lots of pictures and just got home,,yes..iam a little tired, but i had a wonderful time!!!!!!!!
