Good for you for trying to get more active. Remember even little bits of physical activity throughout the day is better then nothing. Many people get discouraged thinking about adding physical activity into their routine but it can be fun and easy. Take the stairs instead of the escalator, dance to your favorite song, do an active choir. There are many ways to work physical activity into your day!

I have been using the Wii a lot more along with continuing my 2 Bowling leagues. I need to add some regular exercise in there...will be a good habit to start for my 2010!
Exercising
is a great way to decrease anxiety and stress. Exercising causes a natural high
that can last extended periods of time without the need of medications. If
exercise is done in the great outdoors, the added benefit of sunlight and fresh
air comes into effect, like better moods
and overall better health. Sleeping will also come easier. With the exercise
alone, sleeping comes easier, which also assists to eliminate anxiety.
