I really dont know how to start but just wanted to introduce myself .
I started getting panic attacks in may 2006 . Too me months to 'get over them' . Or so i thought about a month ago bam they are back .
I am determined to overcome this , i really dont want to feel like this forever .
I started the programme just over a week ago and i must say it likes a breathe of fresh air .
You really dont feel so alone .
I know its short and sweet but all i can manage for now .
