Hi everyone,
It is nice to finally share some good news. I have been on disability for the last 4 years. Not being able to leave my five block radius makes it a little hard to work. I was doing daycare at home but my daycare child turned 12 in July so I was no longer going to be doing that.
I heard about two job openings at a mall that is two blocks away so I got a resume together and applied for both jobs. To my complete surprise I have offers from both.
I will only be working 16 hours a week but will be venturing into new territories. I am excited about the baby steps I am making to move forward in my life. I am also applying to go back to school in September.
Just wanted to share a good day with everyone!!! :)
