Thanks Jaci for your kind support. I appreciate it. I havn't got a chance today to do this. I try to do it when nobody is really around.....I just would like some time on my own where I can be free to experiment with my symptoms lol. I promise i will do it soon and i will update you!! Thanks a bunch!

Hi Angel!!! Not sure about the spinning on a chair thing. I think I'd be dizzy and seeing spots regardless of whether or not I had anxiety issues. Sounds like the way I used to feel after being on a merry-go-round when I was a kid. But maybe it's like radha said, think about what it was like to be a little girl and maybe the fear will go away. Everything seemed easier when you were little!! Just keep trying!!! You've made it this far, you know you can do it!!!

Angel, That's ok. Take a small step back and start doing these exercises slowly. Try slowly spinning on your chair and the other exercises and quicken the pace as you are able to exhert some control over your anxiety. Take it one small baby step at a time. Hi Angel, I haven't gone as far as session nine, but I thought your question was interesting as I often get dizzy and feel panicky or anxious as a result. So after reading your post, I tried spinning on a chair today but thought myself as being a young girl and that instantly took the anxiety feeling and replaced it with a "I am having fun feeling". Now I seem to be looking for more opportunities to do this exercise. Hope this helps :)

Hi everyone (and support specialists).... I'm having trouble moving on from session nine. I read all of session nine but I cannot complete those physical exercises they require us to do such as spinning on a chair, breathing heavy etc. To tell you the truth, I am way to afraid to do them. I DID try one of them twice (the spinning on a chair). I am not sure if i was spinning too fast but I really thought i was gonna faint after i finished. I couldn't even see....i saw black dots and stuff. It was reallys scary. So, in turn, i'm too afraid to try the other exercises.......especially the heavy breathing ones (hyperventilating). I'm too too too scared. So, what do you think I should do here? I really want to move on. But i don't think I should progress to session 10 if I have not succesfully completed session 9. Did everyone else get through this easily? Let me know plz. I would love to hear your experiences. support specialists.....plz help!! :quest:
