Hello everyone, My anxiety attacks these days seem to come on as a result of illness - usually viral. Invariably I end up with my head swimming and pulse racing and this triggers the attack. Usually when I'm on public transport. Oher than building up my immune system so I don't become ill, I just can't think what I can do? Best wishes John
