Juhso, Keep working through the program, it will teach you how to slowly work up to being calm on public transportation. Try starting to visualize yourself near whatever type of public transportation you take and rate your anxiety using the symptom tracker or your session diary. Keep persevering, Danielle _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Hello everyone, My anxiety attacks these days seem to come on as a result of illness - usually viral. Invariably I end up with my head swimming and pulse racing and this triggers the attack. Usually when I'm on public transport. Oher than building up my immune system so I don't become ill, I just can't think what I can do? Best wishes John
