Hey Angel. I sometimes do feel like that too. For me it almost feels like I'm hanging upside down and all the blood is rushing to my head. My sinuses feel like they get really sensitive and it feels like my head will explode. The choking thing happens all the time too, but not always when the pressure in my head happens. I find that when I think about it too much it gets worse. When I force myself to just distract myself for awhile, I notice that it doesn't bother me as much. I would say this is just another anxiety symptom, but if it doesn't go away or lessen in a day or two, I would check with your doctor, just to be safe.
