Hi Tim I started with a patch but only for a few days as I would forget to change it and found its not easy to sleep, they did help for about the first 4 to 5 days but I think just getting my head around the fact I wanted to quit smoking helped even more, our determination to do something we want to do is quite powerful and a great tool to use when them nasty triggers pop up. The idea of quitting becomes a fact in time and today I can happily say I don't smoke and very comfortable with that.

Have a great smoke free day my friend ?

It's interesting to see how many people have many different ways of kicking the habit.

I was able to quit smoking after 37 years with the help of the patch.
