That's great to hear John. Looks like you have your quit well under control. There will still be those unexpected moments though, where a "thought" comes to mind that you should be having a smoke at that time. I used to carry a pack in my shirt pocket, and even after 5+ years, I catch myself going "for the reach" at times. Enjoy your new found freedom my friend! 😸

Today at work towards the end of my shift it dawned on me I had not thought about a cigarette/smoking of over 7 hours, I know my system is clear of nicotine but the process/habit of smoking repeated 100s of 1000s times over 45 years now seems to be fading. I'm delighted my quit journey just gets better each day 😀
