 I was hoping you were doing good, haven't heard from you in awhile. Darn it, back to square one. At least you are still going to try and quit instead of just giving up!

I gave in to the nicotine. Thought I had it beaten but I didn't. Went out for a meal and had a smoke. I really let my defences down. I'll start again tomorrow armed with what I've learned from my mistakes. The main one being you never ever have a drag! Simple but true. I want to feel as good as I felt after quitting for a few months.
