Hi Dima,
"Apologize in advance for all my grammar  mistakes". No apologies needed. Your English is fine with me.  "But this is not my main reason for stop quitting. This is health, I suppose". The reasons for quitting are different for each person, the objective is the same. Quitting smoking!!
"I’m so worried about air pollution but every time i pollute my lung must higher than just bad ecology". I agree. Smoking does more damage to your body and lungs than the smog does. It's best to eliminate both if we can. "This scenario makes me double ashamed for that. For lies to parents, for moral responsibility for brother". Use these feelings of guilt to fight the urges you get when you want a cigarette. "I just bought Champix and my course will start tomorrow". I wish you the best on your quit journey. Keep us updated with your progress okay?
Stay strong.

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

Hello, my name is Dima, i'm from Russia. Apologize in advance for all my grammar  mistakes but it is more interesting to me to try quit smoking in English.

I'm 30 years and I smoked for 12 years. Now I live in Moscow, but was born in a little city which was built in the midst of the cold war for nuclear manufacturing. Every time I visit my parents I’m wash my dress, don’t smoke for few hours and never tell them I’m smoking even they asked me. I am ashamed for that. I have younger brother, he is 23 years old. But 4 years ago, when he leave parents house and went to college, he learned that I smoke and he tell me: you would better to quit smoking, brother”. And you know what? Now he smokes to. And every time we smells like smokers we said for our parents: I just visited night club, my friends are smokers or something else. And, as my brother was caught with a cigarettes (and me not), I suppose my parents know he smoke and that is why they no longer ask me about smoking despite smells. This scenario makes me double ashamed for that. For lies to parents, for moral responsibility for brother.

But this is not my main reason for stop quitting. This is health, I suppose) I like to read non-fiction books about human body and I think the consciousness is the main driving force to me. I think health benefits was discussed countless times but I want to expose my own vision which gives me inspiration for quitting, so I will try to blog my toughts on this site.

Oh, I’m also weed smoker, I don’t want to stop with it, I don’t have problems with it (I think). My goal - stop tobacco smoking. In Russia you can be put on a bottle (literally) for small amount of hemp. Small amount easily becomes into high amount. Police will not shoot us on trifles, but they never miss a chance to take a bribe and improve case resolution for high amounts. It is my own risk, you can say, and you are right. But their impunity led to more serious effects consequences for all walks of life. Last time I try to quit smoking I discovered I need more lesser quantity of a weed to be ok. I’ve also read that tobacco aggravates hemp addiction. So, if I will quit smoking I can minimize risk associated with the weed. I also think I will eventually decide to deal with weed too.

One more argument - very very bad air quality in the city in the middle of Siberia. This is city in which I studied and my brother lives. Also there is a very dirty metallurgical production based on technologies from the middle of the last century. I don’t live here for 2 years and 2 years ago it was much better ecology situation! I’m here at the moment and air quality is worse than in Beijing. I read about air pollution,  closed all the windows, bought coal air filter and normalize air quality in my apartments…...and I thought - I’m so worried about air pollution but every time i pollute my lung must higher than just bad ecology.

And I’m still smoking. I just bought Champix and my course will start tomorrow. Good luck for me and thank you for your attention.
