10 years ago today, I was strung out, frustrated and mad. But also committed to doing something that would change my life...or else my life most likely would have ended by now. Thank you to this group, the moderators and for anyone who offered a shoulder to help pull, push and drag along the road in this journey to a free life. If you’re just starting...stick with it! You can do it....one minute, one hour, one day at a time you can win this war. You are worth the effort. Know that the first 75 days SUCK!!! Beyond that, you begin to feel the freedom and enjoy the benefits of how it feels to be free. Keep the Quit!!! Dave
