 Welcome to the site. Congratulations on deciding to quit smoking!  Chantix, cold turkey, the patch, whatever works so long as the outcome is being a quitter. That's the important thing. "I've been smoke free for a couple of weeks now." That means you've made it through hell week and heck week and you're into blah week. Watch out for all those triggers and stay strong. After a recent illness i decided it write to quit smoking for good .I had been planning on quitting before I fell ill. After I was released from the hospital I didn't use the chantix my doctor described. I've been smoke free for a couple of weeks now. C old turkey .
