One week is a huge accomplishment ,and remember take it one day at a time .

Last quit lasted 1.5 months but remained on patches. This quit I have just completed one week, as of 20 minutes ago, completely cold turkey.

Cravings have been pretty rare and not very strong but the thoughts are still there and come about 5 times a day or so.

It seems this quit have actually been easier than last one. But I am not fully myself one week is only one week so I have a long road to go yet.

Anyway hope all are good and successful in their quit.
