6 Weeks in

Congrats on quitting for over six weeks now.

It is normal to have cravings at this point. When you feel able be sure to dispose of those butts so you are not tempted to grab them during a bad craving. The less you can tempt yourself right now the better. Remember that if you just have one drag you are reinvigorating the addiction. You have already come so far! Keep going!

Hi Sunshine-gg,
Swift foot headed your way, turn around!  That ought to shake you up!
Six weeks is awesome, keep it up.  Just ignore those stinky butts that are calling you, they weren't talking to you anyway. It's meant for someone else... a SMOKER. You're a quitter now.
Every once in awhile, you'll get an urge on your quit journey, and you have to be stronger than that trigger. Sounds like you're doing great so far. Are you rewarding yourself for you great accomplishments? You really should, you deserve it, and it helps to reinforce your quit.
Stay strong.

Hello there,
I quit on January 15th and for some odd reason are having a really time today. Those half smoked butts my house guest leaves in the ash tray outside are calling to me today.

Just need someone to please kick my rear and tell me to give my head a shake :)
