Mamma D,

That is such great news! In addition, knowing that the 3-month mark can be a trickier for you is very important. You are able to identify what is it specifically about this point in your quit that can sometimes make the cravings harder to ignore. You have time to plan your quit, avoid your triggers, and seek out support whenever you need it!

You have almost made it 70 days! That's huge! You can also start thinking about the big milestone of 100 days that is coming up soon. It is important that you reward yourself for all of your hard work. Having rewards in mind also gives you something to look forward to when you reach that mark!

Good luck Mamma D, you can do this!

Feeling much better since quiting.  In the past, this is when I start to get into trouble..I have always returned to smoking after quiting for 3 mos.  I will not cave inthis time.  I have worked too hard and have come too far to lose this battle again.  As long as I keep posting, I am much stronger.  I will keep saying NOPE.   For all the new folks please remember the NOPE it is so important and so true.  I have made that mistake at least 4 times but not this time.   See you all soon
