Hi Lisa! yes you can do it- you did so well before and ogf course you know whats a-comin!! The first few days are hard as we know, and I do wish you had a patch- but I appreciate you're housebound with the weather and all. Just stay focused and positive, come on here and read and tell us how you're feeling- watch your video (always works for me!!) and I am sending everything positive and strong your way!

My journey has begun I just had my last smoke. I never smoked in the house so I don't have ashtrays to throw away or a house to get rid of the smell. I'm going cold turkey cause I'm snowed and iced in and never bought the patch I'll probably be here alot today to remind myself that this can be done. So here goes.
