Hi Karren thank you for your kind words, I'm so glad to see so many of you still around. Sparky it's like you say I did achieve that wonderful 9months and I now have to let go and quit beating myself up for losing it. Hi Jim, I was out driving that day and not near a computer and it was a crave totally out of the blue and I didn't even try telling myself N.O.P.E. this time around I REALLY understand what an important word N.O.P.E is. I lost both parents to cancer so I've really kicked myself in the butt for being sooooooooo stupid and selfish that day. I feel like I'm coming home here and I know with all the support that is given here I can do this come Sunday.

Thank you all for welcoming me back and for reaching out your hands and strength to me when I begin this journey Sunday. I really am dreading hell and heck week but I do know that this is possible. I'm so glad to see so many of you old timers ( smoke free days not ages lol ) still here with your quits going so strong and nice to meet you newbies. I imagine I will be here often Sunday afternoon, just glad to know so much support will be here for me. It already feels like home again

Lisa, so glad you are coming back.  You have done this before, and you know what to expect.  You can do this.  Look at me and some others we are doing it.  Grab my hand and we can walk though this, okay.   Doesn't take long for that monster to rob you of every thing, right?  Freedom is right around the corner, grab it.
