Lisa!

I'm so glad you're back....I've been wondering where you went.  The important thing is that you're back now.  Just get everything ready for your quit date and come here often.  Think about what made you start back up and make sure you have tools in place should that same situation arise again.

Welcome back!

Hi I'm not sure who all remembers me, but on New Years Day after just having a 9 month quit celebration Dec 30th I broke the biggest rule I didn't say N.O.P.E. I'm now smoking a pack a day and can honestly say that even though I've only smoked for 21 days Quitting is going to be just as hard as it was as quitting after 30 plus years was. I am going to use the patch again and have set my quit date for Sunday Jan 25th. I'm sure that I will be in here often reading and posting and looking for support I do know for sure that this site is full of that
