Jude  Looks like you're doing what you're supposed to be doing. There are people that would like things to happen , people that sit around and wait for things to happen , and people that make things happen. I think you're of the latter. You're the most important person here. Because you're young 25 the younger kids will listen and look up to you. Imagine. They don't want to hear it from somebody like me but will listen to you.
