Hi Woody, I hope I can help you sleep tonight, I understand youre pain and fear. I started to have panic attacks about three years ago, they have gotten better with medication time and prayer. I had the vomiting and shakiness too, I always found lying down after putting some cool water on my face or with a cool rag and breathing helped, panic attacks are not pleasant Woody, remember they will pass the first few minutes are the worse and then they start to decrease. My Husband tries to understand but my family has not really been supportive, I guess when you do not live it you do not understand, I have a small son and try to pull it together for him, but when it gets bad I say "mommy has to lie down for 30 minutes" I lock the house up put a video in for him and try to let it pass. Do you take meds? I found taking a 1/2 of a 0.5 klonopin helped alot, Paxil helped me but I gained weight, I guess I was so happy the attacks stopped I ate and enjoyed it, it felt good after constant nausea and vomiting. You are NOT going to die, panic just makes you think that. I am going to pray you sleep tonight and rest and relax, it will get better Woody. Also I find coffee is NOT good for anxiety any caffine.
