Good morning gang!!!
Day 2 and I'm guessing my craving level might be a 5 so far as compared to previously attempted quits! It's gotta be the Chantix that's keeping the cravings managable!! I do have more wierd dreams that wake me up, but up until last night I was able to get back to sleep easily. I also get a bit of the "acid belly" during the night, but I have had that at times before the Chantix. I keep my rolaids, Pepcid and water at arms length!!! I lost a couple of hours of sleep last night, so consequently I'm feeling a bit "spacy" today. Almost better than having a bloody mary for breakfast on the weekend!!! I do hope that it goes away once I pick up my torch!!! ;p
Other than that, I feel like kicking some of that Nico-demon butt today!!! I hope that you all have the same feeling and have a very enjoyable time doing it! Your support and kind words are really helpful and is the one thing that I think is helping me the most! Thank you and keep it up!!!
As for your question, Ron, I work at a university in the chemistry department. I make custom designed glass apparatus for research purposes. You know, the things that they can't buy out of a catalog. I also fix their glassware when they break it, if it isn't too far gone! (My mentor's name was also Ron.) It really is a neat job and I like to play with fire! Any more questions, I'll be happy to answer them!
Anyways, time to get off my duff and light the torch! Have a great smoke free day, everyone!!!
Jim
