Mamma D! How are you doing today? I hope you're feeling better and proud of yourself for beating that one back! If you had to bash your husband, well then I guess you had to bash your husband. For better or worse, you know.
GIve yourself a small reward for busting the crave & keep going!

Mamma,
Break some cheap dishes! Hang in there and know that we are behind you all the way!
How are you this morning? What did you do to crush that crave?
Josie, Support Specialist
Quignov is right, MammaD. Just look at him. He doesn't smoke or drink out of soda cans w/ butts in them anymore! ;)

hey mamma. Just continue reminding yourself of why you are quitting smoking. You are greatly improving yourself!!! The cravings will pass with time, and right now is the most difficult part. The longer you go the easier the cravings will get. Please don't smoke. You know deep down that you don't want to smoke. Do what lainey said. Chew gum. Eat chocolate. Do whatever you want except smoke.

I say if hitting your other half with a frying pan helps....
go for it!! :p
Your doing great.....right on schedule.....and what you feel is completely normal. Remind yourself it's all part of the process.
If you can do 3 days.... you can do 4 and 5 and 6 and 7.......
Your not giving up living.....just smoking.

Do what Lainey told you to. Deep breaths, water, got any old dishes? Break them :eg: Saw that on the site the other day, sound like a great crave reliever. Breath, relax, you are a non-smoker. Go to bed and get under the covers. Just don't smoke.
Keep the Quit
