I am barely hanging on but fighting all the way. Replacing being upset, angry, overjoyed, anxious or any other feeling with doing something else. All the non smokers I know have these same feelings without lighting up and now I am one of them MY MY MY grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr but I won't hit my other half with a frying pan.....even though I REALLY want to.
