Jeff, you already went to the Doctor and had two EKG's, so you should know that it is your anxiety. Just KNOWING and really BELIEVING the Doctors will help you in this situation. I can only say this because I have been there, was there today actually!! My chest hurts lately. The reason you don't believe the Doctors is because you really feel pain. And they are saying nothing is wrong with you. That doesn't make sense to us!! Did you know you can get a fever from anxiety? Did you know you can get diahrea? Trust me when I say, the ER in my town knows me well. This disorder disguises itself in so many forms of "illness" and when we go to the doctors they find nothing wrong. The only suggestions I can say to you are to try some relaxation excersizes, breathing excersizes, and to do something that YOU like to do or that you find enjoyable. When the anxiety level drops, the chest pains will subside. In my case, I ask my daughter to massage my back, it helps, and I usually try to do something that I enjoy, like a 1500 piece puzzle. It stops my mind from spinning with worry, and gets my focus on something else. The other thing I had to realize was that I MUST TRUST MY DOCTOR!! Believe it and Best wishes!! Jennifer
