Bobbi, Congratulations on day 2! A change in your evening routine may help if you smoked most often at night. Keep persevering! Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

Hi Bobbi, the evenings are my bad time as well. Find myself plunking infront of the TV and wanting to munch, so I log on here, but am finding I need to get more stuff done around the house. So far I have put my quit first, but am now starting to feel that I better do some other things too. I am sure old Nico will pop up and wanna bite me a time or too, but tough for him, I won't give in, I have learned so much from reading on this site, I don't ever want to smoke again. Just try to keep busy, read every thing you can here and watch the days fly by. We are here to help, and we are all atking it one day at a time! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 23 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 591 Amount Saved: $242.65 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 20 Mins: 30 Seconds: 59
