This is a great decision and the benefits that you reap will, in the long run, outweigh the struggle. I would in the first instance take some time with the program...Go through all of the exercises, they are there for a reason and that reason will become apparent to you as you progress.
Give your self a chance to get down and understand the why, where and how of your smoking. Remember, this is an addiction and as such can be a bit tricky. As addicts we are the observer of our behaviour as well as the observed. This can become a bit akward as you work to alter, not only your behaviour, but also your perception of smoking...All is not always clear as we gaze into the crystal ball and with nicotine, the truth about it can only become clear as we distance ourselves from it greedy little clutches...
You have found a great place to work through this situation...I will tell you, as will many others, that without this place, I would still be chockin the smoke, wondering why and wishing I wasn't...
