Seamus
I know you are struggling now, but you won't do that forever...This is an addiction that is beaten by a gradual shift in perspective...Right now I am sure all is lack, fear and want...That will turn to understanding, knowledge and contentment over time...Sounds easy, but as you know its not always so...We are junkies living in a nicotine dream...Time to wake up and move it on down the road...Smoking is not going to help you one bit in your life...although that is the lie that nicotine sells us...If you are getting depressed...drink lots of water...practice large muscle movement (it is known to relieve depression) and what ever you do don't light up...Philip Morris isn't worried about your lungs, so you need to be the one to take the responsibility...
