You're doing great! Just a day or two more of this and you will feel much better. Just take it one day, one hour, one minute at a time.

Yes, nauseousness and tiredness are normal! Some people feel light headed too. Hang in there. Deep breaths help! Just try to get thru the workday and relax when you get home. Your quit is most important, make time for it first and you will get there! :)

Thanks Bobbi and all,
I am doing it cold turkey. I have been thinking of it for months and the other night I just told myself that was it.
I crumbled up any smokes I and said no more smoking.
I am drinking lots of water and fruit juice.
I have to be at work so i wish i could nap but i cannot.
I now know that since I made it past day one i have to make it past day 2.
I almost feel nauseous. Is this normal?
Thanks

Like they said breath, lots of water, go for a walk if you can, come here and read, and if you can a nap. I like to run away to my bed when things get tense. Pace, call a friend, get an old paper or magazine and tear it apart. Just don't smoke and you will okay.
Keep the Quit
